Installation and Commissioning
설치 및 시운전
Before installing the reliability test equipment, we visit the customer to check the utility and the conditions of installation.
신뢰성시험장비 설치 전 사전에 고객사를 방문하여 유틸리티 확인 및 설치 조건을 확인합니다.
After installation, we conduct a trial run to check if the equipment is operating normally.
설치 진행 후에는 장비가 정상적으로 작동하는지 시운전을 진행해드립니다.
User training
사용자 교육
After installation of the equipment, we provide relevant materials such as operation manuals and drawings, and provide on-site operation training to help users use the equipment without problems.
장비 설치 후에는 운영 매뉴얼 및 도면 등의 관련 자료를 제공해드리며 현장 운용 교육을 실시하여 사용자가 문제 없이 장비를 이용할 수 있도록 도움을 드립니다.
In addition, in the event of the change or addition of, we provide the same training as the one after-installation.
또한 장비 사용 중 담당 인원 변경 혹은 추가 인원이 생길 경우에도 설치 후 진행하는 교육과 동일한 교육을 진행하고 있습니다.

In case of a problem while operating the equipment, the responsible engineer at each equipment manufacturer checks and determines the situation over the phone within 24 hours, and we arrange a reservation for a service visit.
장비 이용 중 문제가 생길 경우 장비 제조사별 담당 엔지니어가 24시간 내에 유선상으로 상황 확인 및 판단 후 방문 예약을 도와드립니다.
